Of Freedom and Of God

Right now, the world is watching as Pope John Paul II is laid to rest. There is anticipation because a new pope must be chosen. There's lots of chatter from talk show hosts like Laura Ingraham, Dennis Prager, Michael Savage etc. about the history-in-making. There is also what I believe to be a very important point that's well taken by Dr. Alan Chartock, who blogs "Church, state separation lines must not blur".

"...You know that the day the government starts blurring the line between church and state, we will all be in real trouble.
You have seen other countries where someone has tried to install a single official religion and you recognize how dangerous that is. You have no problem with anyone believing in God, but you know that there are always zealots out there who would make the rest of us do what their vision of God prescribes..." read the complete entry HERE.

Michael Savage (on his radio program) was talking tonight about some of the vile filth on radio, and if you check out Michelle Malkin, the filth is spreading from MSM outward! It's not right--- it's insanity to speak about a woman this way! Is THIS what America has come to? Certainly, an apology is in order!
