Tuning in to Air America
The Dunn Bridge Scenario, Beth Geisel and the Return of the shoulder-fired missiles case have been keeping netizens across the Capital Region quite busy. Once in a while someone Googles "Natalee Holloway." Beyond that, no one here even batted an eye when the Airbus crash-landed in Canada the other day. I couldn't believe the apathy. There was one woman at the McDonald's where the TV news was playing who uttered something like "...that's a miracle... say, where did that Beth Geisel live?" You get the picture.Liberal talk radio in the Capital Region is uniquely, remarkably, eloquently handled by Alan Chartock and the folks at WAMC. The poor souls at Air America don't have a clue, and down in the City where AA has a position on the radio dial, all is apparently not well. This morning's New York Post is reporting that New York State Attorney General Eliot Spitzer has launched an investigation into the shady $875,000 loan from Gloria Wise Boys & Girls Club to Air America. Blogger Flap (Dr. Gregory Cole) wonders what the Directors of Gloria Wise knew and when they knew it?
While we've been busy with Beth and the bridge, Michelle Malkin has taken the Air America bull by the horns. Her crack o'dawn blog entry today (HERE) has the background, history, links and just about anything else you need to bring yourself up to speed on the AA Scandal.
